Airport Pickup Service for International Students

Our Representative meet you at Arrival Hall.

• Our representative is clearly briefed, and he will meet you at the Airport Arrival Hall and take you directly to Homestay accommodation.

• We understand that initially, you are unfamiliar with a new place as you find yourself suddenly have to adapt to a new environment.

• You can feel strange and disconnect at the beginning, especially if you are coming alone. It can be more worrying if you are here for the first time.

• We have arrange an airport pickup service for your child when arriving at Changi Airport in Singapore. This arrangement helps the parents from worrying but with peace of mind.

• We also encourage the arriving student to make a text message or telephone call to the parents or family members that the student has arrived safely in the host country and also check-in with homestay accommodation.

HOW TO REQUEST FOR AIRPORT PICK-UP?

Please put-up your Request for our Airport pick-up service at least 3 days before your arrival date. Please furnish the following details via the messaging platform – WeChat or WhatsApp mobile phone: 9385 5548. Please update the Pre-Checklist:-

Pre-Checklist Information below:

• Flight Details (number)

• Scheduled Arrival Date and Time

• Mobile Contact Number

• Emergency Contact Number (Someone who speaks English/ Mandarin at Home)

• Number of luggage bags,

• The size and weight of each luggage bags (To arrange for a suitable vehicle).

AIRPORT PICK-UP SERVICES

Besides a conducive and safe environment to consider, there is a pick-up service charges and arrival check:

•  Always check and ensure the prohibited Items (links) are not allowed in each country. Some countries may impose additional restrictions, in accordance to their respective regulations,

• Airport pickup service is 24/7,

• It is good to check the limits weight of total luggage,

• Some countries may impose additional restrictions, in accordance to their respective regulations,

• We will wait for the student at the Arrival-Hall until the student turns up,

• Transport fee is S$50 per trip (chargeable),

• Additional surcharge applies ($10) for pickups between 23:00 and 6:30.

  NOTE: We don't use taxis service because they don't wait if there is a flight delays or due to luggage missing/ delay.

  If the student is delayed by immigration or airline baggage department and etc. We will wait for the student.

  CANCELLATION TERMS: 
  The first amendment will be free of charge, with subsequent changes incurring an amendment fee of $50 per amendment, in addition to the cost of any extra services requested.
